Disclosed is a method for improving the corrosion resistance by coating a hard material on the surface of the object. The present invention is configured to use a thermal spray coating method for coating a rudder by spraying a coating droplet formed by melting or semi-melting the coating powder into the rudder at high speed. Therefore, it is possible to give some resistance to the erosion of the rudder caused by cavitation due to the high speed rotation of the propeller.
