PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus and method of producing recycled aggregate using waste concrete, to effectively remove dusts and foreign materials attached to the aggregate and thus, utilize as concrete secondary products in replacement of natural aggregate. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus of producing recycled aggregate using waste concrete includes a hopper(10) for inputting recycling aggregate; a vacuum tank(20) for evacuating and rotating the recycling aggregate to remove foreign materials on the surface of the aggregate and for impregnating water therein; an operating door(32) for opening/closing the vacuum tank(20); a vibrating screen(40) for screening recycling aggregate having a size below 19mm; and a conveyor belt(50) for transferring the recycled aggregate to outside.
