PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for producing recycled aggregate using waste concrete are provided to produce high-quality recycled aggregate right at the construction workplace. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing recycled aggregate using waste concrete includes a mortar removing process(S1) in the aggregate; a floating specific gravity sorting process(S2) for sorting and removing foreign substances in the aggregate; a gravel separating process(S3) for separating gravel according to particle size; a sand separating process(S4); and a rinsing and classifying process(S5) for rinsing and classifying the sand. Preferably, a particle shape improving process(S6) is placed between the mortar removing process(S1) and the floating specific gravity sorting process(S2); and a sand sorting process(S7) is added to sort out sand in the foreign substances.
