PURPOSE: Provided is a nondestructive internal quality sorting apparatus for fruit which uses a tray and a transfer device to automate selection and categorization as the grade of the fruits so that it improves confidence in judging grade. CONSTITUTION: The nondestructive internal quality sorting apparatus for fruit comprises the parts of: a first belt(40) which moves a tray(10) and allows the fruits to be passed through a light source part and a light reception part; a selector which is based on the quality of the fruits to select the fruits as grade when the fruits are moved to an assigned location; a second belt(50) which moves the tray to categorize the selected fruits as grade and release them; and a categorization tool which is selectively driven by an output signal matched to the grade of the fruits to categorize the fruits as grade consecutively and automatically.
