Breast and ovarian cancers suseceptibility mutations of BRCA 1 and BRCA 2, and detection method using them

PURPOSE: Provided are mutations of BRCA 1 and BRCA 2 useful for the diagnosis of breast and ovarian cancers, and a detection method of predisposition and susceptibility of the cancers using the same, thereby effectively diagnosing breast and ovarian cancers. CONSTITUTION: The detection method of predisposition and susceptibility of the cancers using the same is characterized by detecting the presence of: BRCA1 mutation genes which are as followed: 875 TC, 1041 delAGCinsT, 3033GT, 3860 TC, 4277 CT, 5187 AC, 5333 AC, 5564 GA, 5615del11 and 5133delCAV; and BRCA2 mutation genes which are as followed: IVS4+67 AC, IVS8+56 CT, 1590AG, 1923CA, 2485delT, 2718CT, 4562 AC, 6319AG, IVS11-9 TC, and IVS14+10 GC.
