PURPOSE: A method for planing trees by burying pipes in the ground more than the depth of the root according to a peripheral portion of trees and filling artificial soil therein to ventilate air and supply water during a long drought when planting trees is provided which improves the growth of trees at a considerably low cost without large construction equipment. CONSTITUTION: Hollow pipes(10) with a diameter of 50 to 100mm are buried in the ground to a depth more than the depth of the root according to a peripheral portion of trees, and artificial soil(11) is then filled therein. A plurality of air vents(10a) are also formed on the hollow pipes to supply moisture, oxygen and nutrients to a root. Gravel(19), crushed stone(20) and sand(21) can be filled successively beneath a drain hole(18).
