Manufacturing method for composite tubes of large circular cross-section for freeform curvature in building structures

PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method for a composite large-diameter circular pipe to easily manufacture bent, curved pipes in various shapes that are adaptive for complex-shaped buildings or freeform buildings. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method for a composite large-diameter circular pipe having an arbitrary curvature includes the steps of: manufacturing a master model having the same curvature with a target product; manufacturing a composite frame by using the master model; and molding products with various curvatures based on the composite frame. The master model is manufactured by cutting an easily processible material following the curve of the target product; cutting an outside of a bent cylinder of a circular PVC pipe having the same diameter with the target product at 10-30mm; inserting the circular PVC pipe into the manufactured product; and filling a putty between split rings of the PVC.
