PURPOSE: A traffic signal lamp control system for an emergency vehicle and a traffic signal lamp controller for an emergency vehicle used in the same are provided to enable fast driving of the emergency vehicle and smooth driving of other vehicles. CONSTITUTION: A disaster prevention center(400) generates an emergency message including controller discrimination information and vehicle movement path information if an emergency generation signal is inputted. And a traffic signal lamp controller(600) for an emergency vehicle controls emergency signal lamps including an alarm lamp and a direction signal lamp according to the emergency message inputted from the disaster prevention center. According to the traffic signal lamp controller, the first communication part(610) transmits and receives a data signal to/from the disaster prevention center. An emergency signal processing part generates emergency signal lamp control information. An emergency signal lamp driving part(630) drives the emergency signal lamp.
