摘要

PURPOSE: A pallet substrate and a method of manufacturing the same for an assembly test line of an electronic product are provided to decrease weight of the pallet substrate and improve bending strength, impact resistance, durability, moisture resistance, heat resistance and an electrification function thereof. CONSTITUTION: A structure assembly part(20) with high solidity is formed at several positions on heart material(10). A guide dam(30) for stabilizing size of a pallet substrate and increasing bending strength is adhered closely to front, rear, left and right sides of the heart material. The guide dam is made of wood, aluminum or plastic. The first bonding sheet(40) is spread on the upper and lower surfaces of the heart material and the guide dam under the state that the guide dam is adhered closely thereto. A laminate plate body(100) is stacked as surface materials. The laminate plate body is formed by stacking and hardening a plurality of prepreg sheets(50) which are subjected to electrification processing and coupled to epoxy resin having good size stability, such as glass fiber and carbon fiber. Predetermined temperature and pressure are applied under the state that each member is stacked and thereby a pallet substrate is manufactured.
