Cosmetic products which have lightening effect using water in oil in waterW/O/W multiple liposome system with stabilized arbutin and their manufacturing methods

PURPOSE: A whitening cosmetic composition containing, as a whitening active ingredient, stabilized arbutin in a water in oil in water(W/O/W) liposome is provided. Therefore, the composition has reduced skin irritation when applied to the skin and excellent moisturizing effect as well as excellent skin compatibility. CONSTITUTION: A whitening cosmetic composition comprises: 0.1 to 6.0% by weight of arbutin, 0.3 to 1.0% by weight of hydrogenated castor oil, 0.5 to 1.0% by weight of polyglyceryl isostearate, 2.0 to 4.0% by weight of mineral oil, 0.01 to 0.1% by weight of zinc sulfate, 0.3 to 1.0% by weight of stearic acid, 1.0 to 4.0% by weight of cetanol, 1.0 to 4.0% by weight of glyceryl trioctanoate, 1.0 to 5.0% by weight of sucrose cocoate, 0.5 to 2.0% by weight of sorbitan sesquiolate, 0.2 to 2.0% by weight of silicon oil, 3.0 to 8.0% by weight of glycerin, 0.1 to 2.0% by weight of sodium glutamate bonded with hydrogenated fatty acid, 0.01 to 0.1% by weight of EDTA, 1.0 to 5.0% by weight of polyglyceryl methacrylate, 0.1 to 2.0% by weight of a thickener, 0.1 to 5.0% by weight of a neutralizing agent, 0.2 to 1.0% by weight of a preservative and 48.7 to 88.38% by weight of purified water.
