A forming and piercing process co-molding mold is disclosed. The co-molding die is provided to be movable up and down, and includes a two-stage punch having a piercing portion for crimping and punching a material and a burring portion for pressing and bending the periphery of the material, and for supporting the material. And a lower main body having a punch insertion hole into which a hole is inserted, a die provided to be liftable from the punch insertion hole, and elastic means for elastically biasing the die in an upward direction. Such a forming and piercing process co-molding mold has the advantage that the number of dies required for the process is reduced, which significantly reduces the cost of manufacturing parts.
