PURPOSE: A system and a method for controlling a connection of an Internet noxious site are provided to perform a protection control with respect to a user by analyzing an Internet connection record of the user and judging a noxiousness of an Internet site which is connected by the user, thereby reporting a noxiousness to a protector linked with the user in the case that a noxiousness exists. CONSTITUTION: The first terminal device(100) is connected to an Internet web site using an external connection cable or a telephone line. The second terminal device(108) receives monitoring information with respect to a noxious site connection or not of the first terminal device(100). A relay server(104) is connected to the first terminal device(100) through an access network and relays an Internet web site connection. If a user of the first terminal device(100) is connected to an Internet noxious site, the relay server(104) generates an alarm signal for informing a noxious site connection of the user. In the case that the alarm signal is received through the relay server(104), if a noxious site connection of the user is recognized, a control server(106) informs the noxious site connection to the second terminal device(108).
