More specifically, the effects of cancer and aging prevention, ophthalmic disease prevention, and anti-oxidation improvement of black fruit vegetables are effective in preventing immunity, heart disease, and stroke. The present invention relates to a method for producing a food and health functional food, which is made from black fruits and vegetables as a main ingredient, and is added with grain powder and a thickener to improve nutrition and palatability.;The present invention is added to the black powdery vegetables, such as buckwheat, black rice, black soybeans, black sesame seeds and thickeners to the black fruit extracts obtained by hot water extraction of walnuts, stone parsley, 톳, mulberry, watermelon seeds, blueberry fruit, eggplant, etc. as black fruit The purpose of the present invention is to provide a health functional food and its manufacturing method that are easily portable and ingested by processing into various and uniform dosage forms.;The present invention comprises the steps of (1) extracting the harvested black fruit vegetables with hot water or ethanol at 90 ℃ or less, and then filtering and concentrating the extract,;(2) steaming and drying the grains and pulverizing them,;(3) mixing 45 to 55% by weight of the black fruit and vegetable extract concentrate of step (1), 52 to 44.5% by weight of grain powder of step (2) and 0.5 to 3% by weight of thickener.
