Feed supplements for decreasing heat stress of lactating dairy cow

PURPOSE: An additive for reducing heat stress on dairy cows including full-fat soybeans, protective fat, NaHCO3, niacin, vitamin A and vitamin E is provided. It can prevent the reduction in milk yield and milk fat percentage caused by heat stress of dairy cows. CONSTITUTION: The additive for reducing heat stress on dairy cows contains 27 to 70% by weight of full-fat soybeans, 5 to 30% by weight of protective fat, 5 to 20% by weight of NaHCO3, 5 to 20% by weight of KHCO3, 0.5 to 20% by weight of niacin, 0.01 to 0.1% by weight of vitamin A, 0.05 to 1.0% by weight of vitamin E and additionally 2 to 5% by weight of MgO. In the additive, KHCO3 is substituted with K2CO3.
