CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing recycled fine aggregate using construction waste comprises a hopper(1) and a vibration feeder(2) for injecting and storing a raw material of construction waste; a dry type screen(3) for primarily removing earth from the raw material; a jaw crusher(4) for primarily crushing the waste concrete; a feeder(5) for supplying the crushed waste concrete to a be a fan (F1) for secondly removing foreign materials using wind force; a belt magnet (M1) for removing magnetic materials; second dry type screen(6) for secondly removing earth; a fan (F2) and a magnetic separator (M2) for secondly removing magnetic materials by wind force and magnetic force; a sorting machine comprising a dehydrator(9) for dehydrating the foreign materials removed raw material and a dehydrator(8) for dehydrating an intermediate raw material of waste concrete; a compression type crusher(10) for secondly crushing the intermediate raw material; a compression type crusher(12) for thirdly crushing the raw material supplied by a feeder(11) through a B6 be a two-step wet type vibration screen(13) for screening the raw material from which magnetic materials are removed by a third magnet (M3); a sorting machine for retreating the residual material passing the upper part of the screen; a third fan (F3) for removing foreign materials again from grains passing the lower part of the screen; a roll crusher(14) for crushing the material passing the third fan (F3); a fourth magnet (M4) for removing magnetic materials from the crushed material; a vertical shaft impact crusher(15) for crushing the material passing the fourth magnet (M4); a multiple classifier(16) for transferring and classifying the material in the slurry state; a dehydrator(17) for dehydrating sand and discharging the dehydrated sand as fine aggregate; a catchment tank and a pump(18) for catching and transferring the sludge; a thickener(19) for coagulating the sludge; a storage tank(21) for transferring and storing the concentrated sludge; a filter press(22) for dehydrating the concentrated sludge to make cake; a supplementary water tank(20) for recycling centrate from the filter press(22) and the thickener(19); a control room(23) for automatically controlling the above machines and equipment; and a plural belt conveyors for transferring the raw material between the machines and equipment.
