The composition comprises gamma-poly-glutamic acid which is isolated from Bacillus subtilis var chungkookjang(KCTC 0697BP) and has an ultra high molecular weight and mineral. CONSTITUTION: The composition for promoting absorption of mineral into the human body is characterized by containing gamma-poly-glutamic acid having an ultra high molecular weight of 3,000,000 Da or more, and mineral, such as Ca, Fe, Mg, Zn, Cu or Se.
