PURPOSE: Monoclonal antibodies selectively recognizing Listeria monocytogenes, hybridoma producing the antibody, a test kit comprising the same antibody and a detection method using the same antibody are provided, thereby rapidly detecting polluted food by pathogenic bacteria. CONSTITUTION: The monoclonal antibody selectively recognizing a protein p60 of Listeria monocytogenes is produced from hybridoma(KCTC 10431BP). The monoclonal antibody selectively recognizing a protein p60 of Listeria spp. is produced from hybridoma(KCTC 10432BP). The method for detecting infection of Listeria monocytogenes comprises contacting the monoclonal antibody with a sample and analyzing the presence of a complex of protein p60 of Listeria monocytogenes and monoclonal antibody by using RIA, ELISA, immune-fluorescence, pigment particle combination or chemical luminous material combination.
