CONSTITUTION: The road provided with a drainage structure and a safety sign plate for minimizing a hydroplaning phenomenon comprises the steps of forming an U-groove on a road surface(100), then forming a drainage channel(50) to indicate the advancing direction of vehicles on a road, connecting a vertical drainpipe to one side of the drainage channel(50) to discharge the rainwater on the road surface, and installing a sump pipe to the base connected to the vertical drainpipe to discharge rainwater outward.
