The present invention also relates to a system of disposing food wastes using salt tolerant mushroom strains, comprising a food wastes pre-processing system, a mushroom cultivating, and a specialty bio-feed and organic fertilizer, and manure producing system; a mushroom cultivated by the system; and a specialty bio-feed and organic fertilizer, and manure produced by the system.
