PURPOSE: A zinc fuel cell which is rechargeable with a zinc gel, a recharging device and method for the zinc fuel cell are provided to improve the battery output while reducing the weight of the fuel cell and to make possible easy and rapid removal and recharge of the zinc gel. Since the rechargeable zinc fuel cell does not employ a cycling system for electrolytes, pump or filter, the energy efficiency can be greatly improved. Therefore, the fuel cell can be suitably applied as a power source as a small-scale power source for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The rechargeable zinc fuel cell comprises: an anode comprised of a mercury-free zinc gel and anode needle; an air cathode, of which inner side has a cylindrical porous tube connected thereto; and in order to tightly close the inside, an anode can, a fluoride resin, a gasket and a cathode double tube. The device for recharging the zinc gel to the fuel cell comprises an inhaling device comprised of a vacuum pump(101), a zinc oxide storage part(102) and a zinc oxide inhaling part(103), and a feeding device comprised of a gel pump, a zinc gel storage part and a zinc gel feeding part, wherein the zinc oxide inhaling part has a plurality of zinc oxide inhaling tubes(108) connected thereto, and wherein the zinc gel feeding part has a plurality of zinc gel feeding tubes.
