PURPOSE: A zinc-air fuel cell reaction cell assembly and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent crack and damage of junction part in each panel and to improve coherence between the junction part of the panel and a Teflon coating layer. CONSTITUTION: A zinc-air fuel cell reaction cell assembly has an acceptance space in which zinc balls reacting with oxygen within electrolytes and is arranged inside housing. The zinc-air fuel cell reaction cell assembly comprises a plurality of panels(10,12) and Teflon coating layers(16) which is formed in junction area of each panel. The plurality of panels are combined each other and forms the acceptance space. The plurality of panels has a plurality of holes(10a) which electrolytes are passed through.
