The present invention is applied to the facial skin rejuvenator which aims to achieve the cosmetic purpose by promoting metabolism of cell tissues by applying LED light and ultrasonic wave of specific wavelength to the facial skin and applying a microcurrent for iontophoresis. More particularly, the present invention relates to an LED for outputting a plurality of specific wavelengths, an array of ultrasonic vibrators for outputting ultrasonic waves at specific frequencies, and an electrode for inducing small currents for iontophoresis. Applicator mounted on the elastic fiber member and power / control unit that allows the applicator to apply the optimal light energy, ultrasonic energy and micro current to the facial skin simultaneously or selectively. The applicator can be securely fixed to the face when in use. It is characterized in that low level optical therapy, ultrasound therapy and iontophoresis can be comprehensively performed in a highly stable state.
