FIELD: cardiology.;SUBSTANCE: kit comprises three therapeutic agents affecting principal pathologic processes causing atrial heart rate irregularities. Drug complex includes single therapeutic doses of propranolol and verapamil 200 mg each. Algorithm of choice of preparation takes into consideration primary pathologic state and envisages utilization of verapamil mainly in absence of heart disease and verapamil in case when heart disease is recognized. When effect is insufficient within 1 h after the drugs were administered, treatment is continued with quinidin administers according to the following scheme: first intake 400 mg, then every two hours intakes 200 mg to maximum dose 1200 mg.;EFFECT: ensured stopping of severe heart rate irregularities at the level of before-doctor first aid.;2 cl, 4 dwg
