FIELD: medicine, cellular therapy.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cell culture comprising precursors cells of osteogenesis, implant based on thereof and its applying for recovery of bone integrity. Invention involves cell culture comprising precursor cells of osteogenesis representing cells of stromal and lympho-macrophagal order of mammal bone marrow cultured in nutrient medium with 10% of bovine embryo serum for 4-7 days using insulin, dexamethasone and β-glycerophosphate as inductors of osteogenesis in combination with treatment with 5-azacytidine for 24 h in mean cycle period and forming monolayer culture with adhesive capacity 4 x 104 cells/cm2, not less. Implant represents cells of stromal and lympho-macrophagal autologous bone marrow cultured in indicated nutrient medium on three-dimensional carriers representing allogenic osseous matrix and sponge made of degradable material treated with poly-L-ornithine preliminary. Indicated implant is used for recovery of bone integrity in 7 patients.
