FIELD: building, particularly for erecting low-story buildings in difficult-to-access areas under extreme conditions.;SUBSTANCE: building includes foldable packet units connected one to another. Inner building space is divided into separate rooms by detachable partitions having necessary window and/or door openings. Foldable closed packet unit is composed of ceiling and floor panels pivotally connected one to another and having bearing longitudinal walls arranged in-between. Transversal ends of ceiling panel are connected to folding transversal walls by hinges. Each longitudinal wall is made as foldable panel including upper and lower sections connected one to another by double hinges. Hinges connecting transversal panel ends with transversal walls have horizontal consoles. Length of each console corresponds to thickness of folding transversal wall panel. Hinge axes are arranged in points of outer panel surface of folding transversal wall intersection with upper surface of ceiling panel. Air-tight coating is applied on outer ceiling panel surface located at an angle ϕ of 1-4o to horizon. Foldable three-dimensional packet unit comprises ceiling and floor panels connected with transversal well ends by hinges. Hinge axes connecting one transversal wall with ceiling panel and hinge axes connecting another transversal wall with floor panel are located antisymmetrically in one diagonal plane of three-dimensional packet unit and spaced the distance equal to transversal wall thickness from ceiling and floor panel ends.;EFFECT: reduced labor input for building transportation and assembling.;4 cl, 16 dwg
