METHOD FOR TREATING SCAR ESOPHAGEAL STENOSIS IN CHILDREN

FIELD: medicine, surgery.;SUBSTANCE: one should apply a ligature through esophagus and withdraw its inferior end through gastrostoma and its superior one - through patient's mouth, suture the inferior end of endoprosthesis being a semi-tube with a fixing strip with the upper end of ligature, apply endoprosthesis into esophagus, introduce fixing strip through nasal canal, fix the fixing strip to patient's cheek, suture strip's end with a ligature another end of which was previously fixed to the inferior end of endoprosthesis. The method enables to prevent respiratory disorders, those of peristaltics and endoprosthesis' shift into patient's stomach.;EFFECT: decreased traumaticity level.;1 dwg, 2 ex
