FIELD: plastic working of metals, possibly manufacture of large-size parts with mean conicity degree having rib along less diameter and flange along large diameter.;SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of forming blank by spinning from sheet in the form of disc during one transition with use of vertically arranged rotating mandrel and rolling out rollers; mounting rollers with gap by inclination angle relative to axis of mandrel and moving them from upwards downwards while successively forming rib and flange at vertical shifting of blank metal; selecting values of said inclination angle and gap depending upon material and thickness of sheet and geometry parameters of blank; determining revolution number of mandrel and feed value of rolling out rollers according to condition of deforming blank for heating it until temperature preventing embrittlement and causing in blank structural changes fixed in medium selected according to blank material.;EFFECT: lowered metal and labor consumption of process.;2 dwg, 1 ex
