METHOD FOR MODELING ISCHEMIC MYOCARDIAL LESION IN RATS

FIELD: experimental biology, medicine, experimental cardiology.;SUBSTANCE: about 2-3 min after subcutaneous injection of 0.1 ml 0.1%-adrenaline hydrochloride solution for rats an animal should be "lifted" onto decompression chamber height of 11000 m to carry out constant monitoring for electrocardiogram under conditions of height hypoxia. In case of observed horizontal decrease of ST segment by 1 mm and less against initial value for 2-3 min one should conclude upon ischemic myocardial lesion.
