FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method involves applying infrared spectroscopy approach for analyzing 0.1 ml of blood serum during 30 s in bandwidth of 3500-3200 cm-1 and 3500-3200 cm-1. Transmission coefficient is determined in each bandwidth interval and mean value is calculated. Mean value of transmission coefficient being from 2 to 4% in bandwidth of 3500-3200 cm-1, hypoxic nervous system injury is considered to be the case. The transmission coefficient being from 1 to 3% in bandwidth of 2120-1880 cm-1, traumatic injury is considered to be the case.;EFFECT: high accuracy of differential diagnosis.
