METHOD FOR TREATING ADDUCTION OF ANTERIOR DEPARTMENT OF FEET IN PATIENTS WITH INBORN AND SYSTEMIC PATHOLOGY

FIELD: medicine, orthopedics.;SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with surgical treatment of feet deformation. One should dissect a great toe-abducting muscle's tendon, lengthen the tendon of anterior and posterior tibial muscles, dissect ligamentous-capsular apparatus along rear-internal surface of feet, perform open resetting of wedge bones, followed by wedging osteotomy of the 1^st wedge one at introducing into area of allotransplant's osteotomy and a wedge-like resection of cuboid bone, shorten the tendon of the short fibular muscle, develop anatomically correct ratios at the level of Lisfranc's joint to fix the position achieved with Kirschner's needles and gypsum bandage that prevent the relapse of deformation and provides the growth of foot in dynamics of child's development.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.;2 dwg
