FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: method involves taking grain samples and determining amount of crushed grains in samples; subjecting grain to mechanical action by means of rotor of entoleter-sterilizer; taking samples once again and determining amount of crushed grain in samples; extracting amount of crushed grain produced before exposing it to the action of entoleter-stabilizer from resultant amount of crushed grain after exposing grain to the action of entoleter-sterilizer; comparing resulting difference with amount of grain crushed by means of entoleter-sterilizer, with admitted requirement being not in the excess of 1%; judging extent of mechanical microdamages in grain batches on the basis of amounts of crushed grain.;EFFECT: increased efficiency in operative determination and precise diagnosing of technical properties of wheat grain.;2 cl
