The invention relates to medical equipment, namely to a physiotherapeutic device for stretching and immobilizing the spine used to treat sciatica, neuritis of the sciatic nerve in the treatment of vertebral osteochondrosis, for correcting compression of the vertebral bodies and other pathological states for which a traction spine, as well as to reduce the longitudinal loads on the spine when lifting heavy weights man. The apparatus comprises a base connected to the arm support, thoracal belt spacer assemblies, made in the form of telescopic rods, mounted on the sides of the device. The base is made in the form of female hips element with locking clasps, and on the sides of the base hinges are installed for communication with spacer units. Technical result is achieved due to the fact that in a device comprising a base connected to the arm support, thoracal belt spacer assemblies, made in the form of telescopic rods, mounted on the sides of the device, the base is designed as a female thigh member with locking fasteners, wherein at the side side of the base hinges are installed for connection with the spacer nodes. Owing to the summation of all the positive properties of these two prototypes repeatedly increased therapeutic effect compared to the use of these devices individually. The technical result consists in increasing the fixation of the vertebrae due to compression of the femoral card body and simultaneous stretching of the spine.
