The device for the treatment of nasal bones fractures relates to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, and can be used in the treatment of patients with injuries of the bone structure of the nose. The object of the proposed technical solutions provide a device allowing to inject correct form of the nose and obtain resistant cosmetic result with fewer complications in the long term. This object is achieved by the fact that the apparatus for treating fractures of the bones of the nose, comprising a tool for repositioning, for example, an elevator Volkova, further provided with an ultrasonic line sensor. The developed device for the treatment of fractures of the nasal bones under ultrasound guidance, allows to achieve the main goals of repositioning - the restoration of the form of nose to obtain maximum stable cosmetic effect. Advantages of the proposed device are obvious, since in the conventional technique is not used reposition tool warning overcorrection sealed lateral slope and is not carried out for visual inspection accuracy comparing bone fragments, and interference occurs during soft tissue swelling does not allow the shape of the outer nose determine correct repositioning performed.
