Process for the production of a plastic molded part and molded part, produced by this process, as well as propellant batch for the production of the molded article

Production of a plastic moulded part (15) consisting of a thermoplast comprises processing 1-30 wt.% of an additional polymer compound (propellant batch) into the thermoplastic base polymer (9) during the production process. The additional compound consists of a carrier material (3), compatible with the base polymer (9), made of a partially highly crosslinked thermoelastic elastomer (TPE) and chemical propellants homogeneously inserted into the carrier material. Also claimed is the propellant batch.
