The device enables telephone conferences with all users of an Internet chat room to be set up with only one mouse click. Any user can initiate a teleconference without having to administer or even know the others' telephone numbers (anonymous teleconference). The initiating user (teleconference master) controls the anonymous telephone chat and can add and remove further users to and from the conference using the web interface.
