The device (20) has a fastening screw (8) fixed and screwed through a threaded sleeve (25) to a nut (12) to form a bolt connection between the insertion protrusion (2) of a towing bracket and side panel (6) of a motor vehicle. The fastening screw is screwed passing through and spanning the gap between the insertion protrusion and inner wall area of the side panel. The threaded sleeve has an external threading (28) that mates with the threaded sleeve receptor (21) of the insertion protrusion. The fastening screw with external threads (42) is screwed to the nut through the screw holes (10) formed on the side panel. The rotation of the screw turns and screws the threaded sleeve from the threaded sleeve receptor until the threaded sleeve reaches the inner wall area of the side panel.
