A high pressure water system (8) is driven by a high pressure engine (15) to supply water through high pressure hoses (9) to high pressure water nozzles (12) that spray the water to the undersurface of a bridge (6). Waste water collects in a catch pan (1) and is pumped by a waste water pump (17) to a waste water processing facility (23) before being temporarily stored in a waste water tank (24). An independent claim is also included for a crust removal method.
