The device has a piping i.e. plumbing network (A2), for collecting waste water from a shower, sink, bidet, bath-tub or wash basin (A1) and storing in a storage tank (C1). The waste water is reused for flushing of toilet (B1) or for a waste water valve (D1) fixed directly on the tank or waste water valve (D2) external to the tank. Another plumbing network (B3) supplies the waste water for flushing of toilet. A pump (C3) extracts the stored waste water stored in the tank so as to be supplied for toilet flushing and to the latter valve. The storage tank is located at any place of the building.
