The device has a mixing chamber (5) in which a stream of space waste air (11) of a cooled or an air conditioned space (9) is supplied. Surrounding air (14) is mixed with the waste air in the chamber. The mixture of the waste and surrounding air is supplied by a fan. Cooling air with lower temperature than the normal surrounding air and the mixture are provided for a cooler (2) to cool a fuel cell.
