Organosilicon compounds, the two trichlorosilyl - groups, represented by the following formula ii # # str3 # #, where r¹ and r² identical or different and a straight-chain or cyclic c₃-C.₈ Alkyl, a straight-chain or cyclic c₂-C.₈ Alkenyl, benzyl, a c₁-C.₈ Alkyl substituted phenyl group, a trichlorosilyl - groups substituted or unsubstituted c.sub.1₁-C.₈ Alkyl, (a trichlorosilyl - groups substituted or unsubstituted c.sub.1₁-C.₈ Alkyl) phenyl, wherein two functional groups between r¹ and r² covalently to the formation of a c₄-C.₈ Ring with or without carbon - carbon - double bond can be bound.
