The floating part is in the form of a board and consists of a buoyancy volume corresponding to the total weight of the non-oscillating ship unit with laterally formed buoyancy bodies for producing the hydrostatic buoyancy as a counter force to the wind force acting on the sails (6) and producing heeling.
