The method for producing a compound ceiling for residential and industrial buildings involves formation of a ceiling core of prefabricated insulating elements (1) provided with a reinforcing (3) and bottom cutouts for carrier beams, and formation of a top cover with a reinforcing (6, 7) and monolithic concrete (8). An independent claim is also included for a resultant compound ceiling.
