Liquid phase sintered silicon carbide ceramic with high electrical conductivity, consists of SiC and a binding phase. The latter partially or totally surrounds the SiC and has a phase with a garnet structure, a phase with a garnet and a phase with a perovskite structure, or a phase with a garnet structure and Al2O3. The ceramics are formed by mixing the raw materials, forming a blank, and sintering.
