The method for drying out the interior of a motor vehicle, in particular, an automobile after an entry of water involves use of a dried and heated process air to produce an excess pressure in the vehicle interior relative to the environment. As a result, air from the vehicle interior is forced out into the environment via ventilation openings. An independent claim is also included for an apparatus for implementation of the proposed method.
