Industrial transport system has a path network (SN) with a number of transport network sections (S1-S7) with at least a mobile terminal (T1, T2) that can be remotely controlled, a control computer (LR) for sending control signals to the terminals and receiving messages back from them and a leaky cable control bus (LWL) that is laid along the path network and to which the transceiver units of the control computer and the mobile terminals wirelessly connect.
