Production of hydrogen, oxygen and electricity comprises aggregating sand, electrically-conductive and -insulating materials and stone in a container; applying a transparent housing and partly filling the container with water; applying a vacuum and setting the water in motion; and exposing the housing to solar radiation, with the hydrogen and oxygen being led off at the top of the housing via a water-filled pipe bend containing plates.
