The photoelectric measuring device includes a transmitting unit (10) provided with a light source (1) for forming a beam flux. The wavelength of the beam flux is in the predetermined local minimum of an atmospheric spectral transmission factor. The transmitting unit is used for radiating a light beam to a target object.
