The part has a variable adjustable screening device for examining bulk materials to find whether they have any hidden pieces during a tipping process of the materials either in changing load containers or on flat beds. A covering device prevents slipping out of the bulk materials from a dropping-type loading device (1) caused by a curved movement when loading the materials in the load containers, and firmly connected with the top part.
