The device has a hydro pneumatic spring unit (3) between a wagon body (1) and a bogie (2) to ensure a raised drive level for the body when a railway vehicle is in motion. The unit adjusts a lower platform level for the body using a level control, such that a suspension buffer (7) is bolted when the vehicle stops, to relieve the control based on loading change. An emergency spring cylinder exists out of a hydraulic pull cylinder.
