The ground beam (1) in the form of a ground profile (2), in particular, for outside door zones of buildings is provided with attached sealing elements (4) which are joinable to the sealing fabric of the building. Independent claims are also included for: (A) a sealing system with at least one of the proposed ground beam for sealing buildings, in particular, within zones corresponding to wall openings for outside doors; (B) a method for sealing buildings with use of the proposed ground beams.
